How our delivery and return process works \u2014 free, fast, and designed with little readers in mind.
Fast, free delivery
Every Libroo delivery is free of charge. We deliver within 2–4 business days across all our service areas, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your box ships so you know exactly when to expect it.
Books arrive in a reusable Libroo box, carefully packed to keep them in pristine condition. No plastic wrap, no excess packaging — just books and a smile.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the continental United States. If you’re outside our coverage area, join the waitlist and we’ll let you know the moment we arrive in your region.
We’re expanding to new cities and regions every quarter. Our goal is to bring the library-to-your-doorstep experience to as many little readers as possible.
Free & easy returns
Returns are always free. When you’re finished with your stack, simply place the books back in the Libroo box, seal it with the included return label, and schedule a pickup through your dashboard.
We’ll collect the box from your doorstep and swap it for a fresh selection. You can schedule pickups as often as you like — there are no limits and no late fees. Ever.
Accidents happen
Minor wear and tear is completely normal — we expect books to be loved. If a book is significantly damaged or lost, we ask for a small replacement fee so we can keep our library well-stocked for everyone.
We’ll never charge for honest toddler love. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll sort it out together.
What’s in the box?
Every delivery includes 4–6 hand-picked books, tailored to your reader’s age and interests. Our librarians curate each stack personally, drawing from a library of thousands of titles.
Also inside: a personalized note from our team, a return label for your next swap, and occasionally a small surprise — a bookmark, a sticker, or a reading activity sheet.
